A much needed refresh
Old to New
The bread and butter of online ticketing is the customer's ticketing page. Our ticketing page styles, interaction and even information architecture was a little outdated.
About The Project
I worked with our head of product to introduce a refreshed set of styles using our design system, a new approach to certain fields, and UX design for several new content layout elements.

Add Form Field
I mention in another case study our design system work. We began bringing those styles into the "Add a form field" modal, as well as introducing a new structure for organizing, browsing, searching fields, and even finding out more info before selecting a field.
New Toolbar
We wanted to introduce a new interactive approach. Our layout page elements would now be controlled by a small toolbar at the top that reveals a set of controls into a popover.
New Image Management
We wanted to introduce more image features including a better library for my images, a way to access free online photos and background texture, and a new set of image editing tools.
Results
In the end, we introduced 4 new content layout elements, updated numerous fields, and refreshed the UI for an overall enhanced customer experience.
